DEPOSIT: We will authorize your credit card on file for $150 as an auction registration pre-authorization in order to get you approved for the auction. This pre-authorization will place a 3-7 day hold on these funds with your credit card company, but will not be charged unless purchases are made.
PAYMENT: Payment accepted via credit card only. A credit card processing fee will be applied to all payments. Credit cards on file will be charged at the end of the sale. The invoice must be paid in full to receive the item won. Winning bidders will have until 2:00pm (CST) to submit payment before their bid is canceled, and the next highest bidder in line will be contacted to claim the item. They, too, will then have 1 hour to submit payment. If there is only one bidder, the item will be forfeited and returned to the donor.
PICKUP: Details on picking up items at the end of TMA NOW Luncheon: Winning bidders can pick up their item(s) on-site at the conclusion of the TMA NOW Luncheon on Wednesday, October 15, between 1-2pm (CST) at the Waldorf Astoria Ballroom, Mezzanine Level. If it is after 2pm (CST,) pick-up can be arranged at the TMA Conference Registration/Check-in desk located on the Mezzanine Level of the Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria. If the item is marked as not being on-site, the item will be mailed directly to the winning bidder, courtesy of the item donor, once the shipping address has been confirmed by the bidder.
By placing a bid, all participants acknowledge and accept this condition.
